- Guanri became the 1st developer of BTS Power Amplifier and outdoor repeaters for TACS network in China and the product were widely applied in the construction of China’s analog mobile network.

- At the 1st China Hi-Tech Fair, the IDG (International Data Group) from the USA invested venture capital of RMB260 million into Shenzhen Guanri Hi-Tech Development Co., Ltd. And Guanri Telecom-Tech Co., Ltd. was set up.

- Guanri won the tender from Sichuan Branch of China Mobile and the repeaters are still running stably till now.
- Guanri’s CDMA800 RF repeater won the Type Approval from China’s Ministry of Information Industry.

- Guanri successfully obtained the financing of 0.2 billion Baht from Thailand TMB Bank Public Company Ltd.
- Guanri’s GSM BTS power amplifier passed the trial project acceptance by Henan Branch and Sichuan Branch of China Mobile.
- Guanri’s GSM bi-directional tower mount amplifier (TMA), simplex TMA, and GSM BTS power amplifier (BPA) won the Type Approval from China’s Ministry of Information Industry.
- Guanri’s CDMA repeater won the Network Access License from China’s Ministry of Information Industry and greatly help Shanxi Branch of China Unicom to improve the signal coverage problem.
- Guanri’s GSM and CDMA bi-directional TMA was awarded in the bidding for Heilongjiang Branch of China Unicom. The products are proved to be normally operating under extra cold weather.

- Guanri became the sole provider of GSM BPA for Henan Branch of China Mobile, and won the tender from Shaanxi Branch and Hunan Branch of China Mobile.
- Guanri’s GSM RF repeater, fiber optic repeater and frequency shift repeater were awarded in the tender from Shannxi Branch and Hunan Branch of China Mobile, and Hubei Branch of China Unicom.
- Guanri’s GSM bi-directional TMA acquired big purchase orders from Heilongjiang Branch, Chongqing Branch and Tianjin Branch of China Unicom.
- Guanri won the purchase order of CDMA1900 RF repeaters from Southeast Asia.

- Guanri’s GSM BPA won the tender from Heilongjiang Branch of China Mobile and helped the operator improve the signal coverage at the Sino-Russia border.
- Guanri acquired purchase orders of CDMA800 frequency shift repeater and GSM1800 frequency shift repeater from Southeast Asia.

- Shenzhen Guanri Technology Co., Ltd. was set up to independently operate the business of wireless network optimizing equipments.

- Guanri developed digital TV repeaters.
- Guanri won the bid of Sichuan Branch of China Unicom to provide GSM900 and CDMA800 fiber optic repeaters.
- Shenzhen Guanri Technology Co., Ltd. passed the ISO9001:2000 certification.

- Guanri's new model of GSM RF repeater, CDMA RF repeater, TD-SCDMA RF trunk amplifier won the Type Approval and Network Access License from China’s Ministry of Information Industry.
- Guanri became one of the providers of GSM900 and CDMA800 repeaters for China Unicom Group and China Mobile Group.
